The project consisted of a new neighborhood medical clinic with 4 new physician offices, 13 exam rooms, 2 dental exam rooms, 2 waiting rooms, 1 laboratory, 1 nurse call station, 1 staff lounge and 1 conference room. The building was constructed of metal studs, wood trusses, brick veneer and interior finishes, aluminum storefront with an EPDM/asphalt shingle roof.

The project consisted of 7 physicians offices, 26 exams rooms, 2 waiting rooms, 3 testing rooms, 2 nurses stations, 6 triage stations, 1 staff lounge/break room, administrative office and conference rooms.
