MTA Distributors is America's largest rental equipment distributors. The original building is a 35,000 SF pre-engineered building with 10,000 SF office space and 25,000 warehouses. The second project was a 10,000 SF addition of warehouse space to the existing building. The third project was the addition of a 15,000 stand alone pre-engineered warehouse.
